Students and Parents,
This is a reminder that Ouray High school is hosting a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) Night on October 2nd.  We will start at 6pm.  There will be a short overview/informational session followed by time to start the application and get support from a College Admissions representative.
If you plan on coming I have a little homework that will make things go quicker.  Both the parent and separately the student, go to www.fsaid.ed.gov .  Here you will sign up for a FSA ID number.
I recommend that even if your student is on the fence about attending college next year to come.  This is first come first serve federal aid.  Contact me if you have any further questions.  I hope to see you there!!!
My best,
Kenneth Nelson
Assistant Principal
